Take 5 Oil Change

Generally, I’ve had good experiences with Take 5, and I use them because they have convenient locations in both towns where I live—Little River and Arkansas. I recently brought in my low-mileage Nissan Armada for service before an extended trip of several thousand miles. During the oil change, some oil was spilled. The team wiped it up, added water, and mentioned I might see a drip under the car. I understand mistakes happen, and this didn’t seem intentional. They also recommended a radiator flush, which I agreed to based on what they said was Nissan’s recommendation. However, when I got home, I noticed more than a small drip—it was a noticeable mess under the car. In the dark, I couldn’t tell if it was oil or antifreeze. Mind you this car has never had a leak, has 32,000 miles on it.

Super fast. Extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Recommended services but didn't pressure me. Refreshenly different than most every other mechanic know to man. A tad pricey but I'd rather pay more to know it's done correctly then to save a few bucks on an oil change then spend a couple thousand on a major repair due to lack of attention/ability.

Terrible expirence the last few times I have been in. This time I went for a quick oil change thats it. Took almost a hour for a oil change.Giovanni seems to not have much expierence. First he told me my engine was hot and then told me that I need a coolant flush. He obviously is just trying to sell people on things they dont need. 1 he never looked at coolant resivoir nor did the other kid but told me it looked pretty rusty and should be done every 30k miles. Little did they know I had just had the whole radiator replaced 2 months ago. I have been to the location a few times with all my cars. The last couple times have had issues. Last time I was there with my truck he couldnt get engine air filter out he ended up breaking the housing. I didnt know until weeks later when I was looking at

Super convenient, not too expensive for the ease of the whole process. I got the premium oil change and an air filter with the $18 coupon my total was $107. We have a regular mechanic that we use but couldn’t make it before going out of town so this was easy and great. The employees were super nice and helpful.

I cannot recommend this Take 5 Oil Change location. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. About 10 miles after leaving, the check engine light came on and the engine began misfiring. I immediately pulled over and checked the oil level — it was significantly overfilled. I returned to the shop right away. To their credit, they addressed me promptly, confirmed the overfill, drained the excess oil, and apologized. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only issue. One of the splash shield panels underneath my vehicle was not properly reinstalled and was missing when I got home. Because of the “stay in your vehicle” process, customers cannot inspect underneath the car before leaving. After the oil issue, I carefully checked everything at home and discovered the missing panel. When I call
