Take 5 Oil Change

I just purchased my car a few months ago and this was the 1st oil change I have had to get… I kept being told that I needed to replace all sorts of things that I knew did not need to be changed… Both air filters, windshield wipers (that I actually replaced myself 2 months ago so I know that they are brand new), I was told that my antifreeze is full of water and I needed to let them flush my whole system and refill it for $150. I declined everything. I checked my antifreeze when I got home and it was completely fine. When the young ladies was checking my cabin air filter she randomly jerked open my passenger door and opened up my glove box and proceeded to tell me that she was checking my cabin air filter… which was fine, but I had no warning that she was entering my vehicle or opening my g

Worst oil change experience I have ever had. Waited 40 minutes to get pulled into a bay, they drained the oil out of my car, only to then tell me that they don’t have the oil filter in stock and told me that I will need to go to the store, get one, and come back. Even worse, i tried to call ahead to check as I had a suspicion they wouldn’t have the filter but was sent straight to voicemail. Never coming back here ever again. Didn’t even think it was possible for an oil change to go this bad.

Great group of young intelligent and respectful people 👏🏽. They will educate you with their service, air up your tires, wash your front windshield and top off your fluids. Plus check your antifreeze levels for winter to assure not to much water.

From the time I got there to the time I pulled off was an hour and 41 minutes. The manager was nice enough to explain that they were busy and some workers were on break, but that’s way too long to sit there and wait especially when your boxed in and there’s cars behind you. You just can’t leave. Not to nitpick, but it seemed like the workers were just going from car to car, not knowing what to do next and having to be told There was one female employee that appeared to have a solid command of what she was doing. The other boys looked confused.

Stopped in an hour before closing and they took great care of me and my car. They gave me complementary cold water which was first for me in any auto shop. Very professional even though they are young, they have great manners.
