Take 5 Oil Change

Marco was great, fast and informative. The service him and his skilled team had provided on my vehicle gave me reassurance that there are people out in the city that know and love what they do! No waiting, no confusion, and a best interest for customers and their safe and well maintained vehicles no matter what. I look forward to my next service at this location!

The last people that changed my oil used zip ties on part of the under bonnet. It was fine; perfectly functional. They removed it and then told me they couldn't put it back on citing safety issues. Thus, I am left to crawl under my Honda fit and reattach it myself. What they didn't tell me is the zip ties were used in the most difficult spot under the vehicle for my 6'1", 230 pound frame to access. Even then, I have no room to move my hands. I'm still trying to figure it out. This jack only goes so high. They had perfect access in their floor pit to do so. Use some common sense kids. Thanks a lot. Hope this car doesn't fall on my head. Major bummer for wifey to come home to that in the driveway; and watermelons aren't even in season.

I'm 77 years old, this is the best service I've ever received when getting my oil changed. First thing, a very polite young man offered me a bottle of water! That was my first surprise among many. Next I was asked many questions about my car, the milage, choice of oil, they top off all my fluids, and lastly, they even washed my windows, which was another surprise. During the entire time I was there, a swarm of polite young people who checked, collaborated, and at the end, helped me drive out the garage door by hand signals. It was one of the best times that I've had in a long time! I highly recommend this particular Take 5 facility. Great group of young people. Catherine

I love this place! The guys there are very nice and helpful. The customer service is excellent!! The timing to get me in and out was 100% got in right away and while they did my oil change the guys talked to me and my kids and offered us snacks and juice. I am going to be going here from now on for all my oil changes. Offer free top up of oil if needed*restrictions apply* and will air up tires for you for free if you need it. These guys are by far the BEST! so glad I went there.

Marco and his team are great! This location is always clean, prompt, and professional. All of the crew were extremely polite and got me in and out without any hassle. I have a corporate vehicle so it’s typically a headache to get the approvals needed for service. Marco gets it done and always goes above and beyond.
