The team at Valvoline did a great job. Very quick and thorough service. The team is also highly professional. Prices are comparable to others. While there is some corporate-esque upselling efforts, they are not pushy. Really appreciated the speed and ability to stay in my vehicle for the change. I think I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I came in today for a full synthetic oil change and had a great experience. The entire team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Even with two other cars being serviced at the same time, they moved quickly and had all three bays running smoothly without making anyone feel rushed. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. It’s always nice to find a place that values both quality service and customer experience. I would definitely recommend this Valvoline location and will be coming back for future service.

Excellent experience at Valvoline! The team was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and the business. They were patient and took the time to answer all my questions, especially about the engine and both the engine and cabin air filters. What really stood out was their professionalism—this location was able to change my cabin air filter with no issue, even though the Machesney Park location told me they couldn’t. That made a huge difference for me. These guys are the real pros. I truly appreciated the honesty, patience, and top-notch service. Highly recommend this location!

This was my first visit to this location for an oil change, and I had a great experience. They checked the tire pressure, lights, and filters without being pushy—just offered helpful recommendations. The service was extremely fast, and everyone was very friendly. Nicholas explained everything clearly, and Adrian and Michael were both quick and courteous. I will definitely be coming back!
