Take 5 Oil Change

This was the first and last time i have used them. First off i had sat a waited for 15-20 mins waiting, Secondly it seemed like only 2 out of the 4 employees knew what they were doing, Thirdly told the guys to put my tires on 45psi just to get home and the right side was on 35 and 37 the left side was both set on 40. Final reason i had custom tire caps put on, chrome rims with chrome caps….3 of them are chrome and the last one is a black plastic cap. Extremely disappointed for what i had to pay just to get this kinda service. Dont waste your money on this company.

Stopped by here with my daughter‘s truck while we were visiting Liberty University. When we got home (SC), there is oil leaking out of the oil pan around the plug. The entire experience was very sketchy… The guys didn’t act like they knew what they were doing under the truck. Highly recommend to avoid this place if you value your vehicle. Update- the plug was loose. For a 5.5hr drive. That could have ended bad!!!

The guys were knowledgeable and so kind! They gave me honest advice and made sure I was comfortable with all their recommendations and actions. Dev is an awesome manager and was delegating well while ensuring my comfortability as well as the other patrons level of comfort. I can’t remember the technician’s name who worked on my car but he was fantastic as well. Timely, efficient, and kind! All anround great experience! Even shared some of my Reese’s cups with them! Definitely would go back again and recommend to someone who needs quick and reliable service.

Always fast and pleasant. Beats going anywhere else and having to wait in a crowded room. I can sit in the comfort of my own car. Very honest and never pushy to other products

Price is always great as a veteran. Was really upset about the customer interaction though. The tone and attitude felt like she was trying to pressure me into buying extra services especially when it was about 2000 miles since the last oil change. Ive gone here for years and its the first time ive had this kind of issue as normally the other employees just have a conversation with me and talk to me with some respect. Then after I said no im ok on replacing some things she just snapped at me that shes just giving me information. After that to make things even worse she had a conversation with another employee talking about telling customers they are just giving information like she was commenting on the interaction we had right in front of me! Maybe pull her off talking to people or get her
