Take 5 Oil Change

I had an excellent experience at 5 Minute Oil Change. I originally went in thinking my car had a specific issue, but Jose and the crew took the time to really listen and check things out. Instead of just doing what I asked, they gave honest guidance and explained that the problem might actually be something else — possibly related to the CVT fluid needing service. I really appreciated their professionalism and honesty. They didn’t try to upsell anything and instead pointed me in the right direction with clear recommendations on what to check next. It’s rare to find a team that takes the time to help customers understand what’s really going on with their vehicle. Big thanks to Jose and the crew for the great service. Highly recommend this place!

I went in with my husband for an oil change and ended up finding out there was no antifreeze in my car, which caused the oil to turn into sludge and made the car start making noise. From the moment we walked in, The manager (Danny or David) and Travis were great to us. They offered us water right away, told us how long the wait would be (which was basically no wait), and were honest and helpful the entire time. They made sure to explain everything before doing any work and always got our consent, which I really appreciated. We never felt pressured or pushed into unnecessary services like I usually do when getting an oil change. They were able to find the source of the issue, fix the problem, and explain how we could prevent this from happening again, while also getting my oil back to the r

This was my first time at Take 5 Oil Change, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Danny took great care of me from the moment I pulled in. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was quick and efficient, but what really stood out was Danny’s customer service. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you leave an oil change feeling genuinely appreciated as a customer. I’ll definitely be coming back. I had an amazing experience at Take 5, and I can’t say enough good things about Danny, the manager, and his entire team. Everyone was extremely professional, attentive, and not just to me — they took great care of all the customers there. You could really see the teamwork and care they put into their work. I came to this location after visiting two others within the past week. I’m from Corpus Christi, and unfortunately the location in my hometown didn’t do a great job. While driving, I started hearing an annoying noise and had to pull over, only to realize the shield/plastic cover underneath my car that protects the oil was hanging and hadn’t been installed properly. As a woman, I honestly wouldn’t have known what was wrong if I hadn’t stopped to check. Danny immediately put me at ease.

I went here on the spur of the moment. I just wanted an oil change for my car. I was welcomed by Dominick and Danny. They checked my car and were very informative about what my car needed and why and how much it would cost. I was very pleasantly surprised at all the perks and discounts I received. It is great to see such a dedicated young person like Dominick, a high school senior who is very professional, respectful and hard working. Danny is an excellent mentor for this young man, as it was obvious that he is training Dominick and guiding him to represent the company well. I posted my experience in Facebook and I will be recmendung Take 5 on Nolan's to friends and family.
