Take 5 Oil Change

I have a small business and I just wanted to give a shoutout to all the Take 5 locations. They do a perfect fast job every time I go there. I highly recommend. Steve Malone Maricopa Solar Window screens.

I had a great experience. I showed up during a busy time and had to wait, but the staff were pleasant and professional. They kept me updated of where they were at and how much longer till my turn. They never once acted like they were too busy to give the utmost attention and care to my vehicle. I've been here twice and choose to come to this location for their positive attitudes.

They charge additional labor for removal of a skid plate to access the oil filter and they failed to put it back on properly. It was screeching on the highway today unsure if sparks were flying off but not a good look. Needless to say I won’t be returning.

Dantan &Kai were awesome! I was first treated with bottle of water! Came in for oil change and talked to them about other car issues and they gave great advice. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable and great listeners. This is the place to come for service! Highly recommend.

Great service when you get there. Terrible service if you have a issue there. Had my oil changed and coolant flushed. A day or two later my car is just leaking oil like crazy. You call the number and wait on the phone for 30 minutes then they hang up. So you call again wait another 30 minutes and their response is go ahead and drive your car to the location and they will fix it. Great idea drive my car with no oil 20 miles away for them to fix. Or put in a claim for the district manager to call you to give you details on what they will do which if guessing by how long to get a hold of them my car isn't getting fixed any time soon.
