I Cannot Recall Everyone's Name But Danny, Darren, Ralen, And Mr. Fix It, (We'll Call Him That Because He Did The Work On My Jeep And For The Life Of Me I Cannot Recall His Name, ??Aaron Possibly??), Were A Hoot And Were Super Quick And Professional In Servicing My Jeep!!!!! Highly Recommend Them For Their Knowledge And Motivation While Keeping Us Hydrated And Most Importantly, Informed. They Were Extremely Thorough, Even In Their Courtesy Services And They Talked As If We'd Known Each Other For Years And Were Friends Even Though We Just Met. They Caught Things That No One Else Had Mentioned At Other Shops And I Have Questioned When Having Service Done Numerous Times!! You've Earned Our Loyalty, Trust, And Respect!!!!! Excellent service! The staff were very kind, friendly, and considerate. They spoke to me in a respectful and polite manner and explained things well. They changed my oil quickly and effectively, replaced my air filter, and even topped off all the fluids. I will definitely be going back.

I’m not sure who hired Dany as a manager at the Moundsville WV stake 5 but they hit the jackpot! What a phenomenal leader and such a wonderful communicator. He brought such a positive energy and it was such an enjoyable experience. You rarely see a group chat f people enjoying their jobs and being so positive! They were led so well by Dany!!!!! I've been to lots of oil change businesses all over the eastern US. This was by far the ABSOLUTE BEST professional and thorough service I have ever experienced!! Explained everything they did. Really appreciate the two-step quality control in place. Along with the oil change, they included checking air filters, tire pressure, and topping off the fluids. Even cleaned my windshield and offered a bottle of water. My work schedule makes it very difficult to get my car serviced. Wonderful that they are open on Sundays.

Very good service, the two men working, very nice/ friendly….I had to wait a bit just due to the fact that only 2 staff were working and everybody decided to have their oil changed at the same time on Sunday. They were very apologetic and I used a 25% off coupon and then I was also given $10 off for just sitting patiently and waiting which was a plus I didn’t ask for it or expect it. I would highly recommend Take 5 to anyone that needs an oil change.
