Take 5 Oil Change

Nice folks at the store. Got my oil changed the team did a great job. Pricey but quick On the way out the gave me a coupon for 50% off another car. My son went up 3 days later and they wouldn’t honor it. Because he didn’t have the receipt from my oil change on my truck. Sent him a picture not good enough no where on the coupon is this a requirement Said they would be happy to give him one for full price Typical private equity scam to trick the customers.

1st time visiting Take 5. I needed an oil change. The crew was efficient and courteous, they provided background info on recommendations such changing the cabin air filter. Everyone that serviced my car was as sweet as pie. Thank you Sean, Jacob, Timothy & Kynan. Great work, great price!

First time using Take 5 for an oil change and it was great! The service advisor, or at least who I think the service advisor was, was so friendly, helpful, and made me feel like I was the boss in the situation. Oil change was done fast, my options were clearly laid out for me, and all the services seemed like they were advising me on what I need to replace, but not being forceful about it (my air filters). Other than it being a little more expensive than I thought, it was a worth it for the care they put in.

Employees were nice yet the workmanship was lacking. Had my coolant replaced and they broke all the retainer clips to the radiator cover. Resulting in a loose cover and the clips falling out.

Very friendly, professional, and courteous service. The guys explained everything they were doing and offered suggested services without pressure to purchase anything. They worked pretty quickly to get me on my way. I would definitely recommend and will return.
