Take 5 Oil Change

Not sure if their name but I believe Jay is one of them and the one who cashed me out. I think his name is Jamal. If I have their names wrong I will kindly come back up there and point them out these two young men we're awesome at their job and service .The service was excellent. The young men working in the garage were very respectful and extremely knowledgeable about their work. I honestly never thought I’d see the day when young men would be just as—if not more—knowledgeable than older men, but they truly proved that today. They listened carefully to everything I wanted and respected my decision, even when the system recommended what was best for my car. When I explained that I understood but preferred something different, they still honored my request. I truly appreciate that level of

After my recent oil change, tge undercarriage cover was left loose and not reinstalled correctly. On my was home, it began scraping the ground, which was both alarming and unsafe. I had to wake up early and return the next morning to have the issue corrected, which caused significant inconvenience. I expect better attention to detail and service quality.

I always go to Take 5 for my oil changes. But this time will never make me go back EVER! I’m not sure what the problem was with the attendant Paige. I would suggest her to never touch my vehicle again if have the opportunity to. The attitude was absolutely terrible on this young lady. Before coming to work, if you are upset. Keep it outside the work place away from paying customers and when customers ask for things to be acknowledged about, DO NOT have an attitude when it is your job to educate them. Thank you Paige for making my experience a horrible one!

let me start off by saying if i could leave 10 stars for this location i would .. my visit at this take 5 was amazing. i was greeted with friendly staff and had phenomenal customer service! they were fast and knowledgeable. let me tell you they pulled my filter out and it was filled with bugs i didn’t even know existed lol. i was so embarrassed & literally freaking out but they got me a new one for a great price this is the only location i will visit from now on . thank you guys so much !!

My attendant was awesome, great customer service, she let me know what services I should get done as soon as I can afford to besides the oil change. The service was done in a timely manner.
