Today I stopped by my local Take 5, based on a previous positive experience. There wasn’t much of a wait so I got right into a bay! On duty today were: Norman, Mason, and Ked. The customer service they exhibited was beyond positive. Mason entered my information accurately and throughly. Mason and Ked put in the work! They were super speedy and effective. All 3 made sure I was properly informed of the price, the services offered and what was needed for my car. They were very personable and I felt even better when I left. I will definitely continue to support this location!
Based on my experience here, I was surprisingly impressed with the overall service received. The wait time was minimal- numerous tasks done on my vehicle in less than 30 mins total. The customer service from Jaime and Mason was fantastic. Both seemed knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and did a great job with everything. The prices here were approximately less than average compared to other places. Would recommend this spot vs the high cost dealerships, and even moreso for the customer service.
First time at Take 5 and I was thoroughly impressed. Aubrey was the person that helped me and she was extremely courteous. Talked about the options for my vehicle, wasn't pushy/didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Take 5 offers a military discount which is just another added perk. I will definitely be back for future services. THANKS AUBREY!
Great service from Matt and the rest of the guys. They do offer up grades but are not overly pushy. Makes me feel comfortable and want to come back for my next oil change
Highly recommended! Jamie and Mason got us all taken care before our road trip back to Florida! Incredibly knowledgeable, fast, and kind! Finding good knowledgeable people is not easy these days but I was very impressed with my experience here. I noticed oil was leaking from my vehicle prior to getting on the road back to Florida. They checked it out got me all fixed up and most importantly did not rip me off but instead saved me money and provided recommendations! 5 start team !!! We will definitely be back!
