I had an excellent experience at Take Five Auto Service when I brought in my Miata for an oil change. Sam and Edwin were outstanding. They were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, and they explained everything clearly throughout the service. The process was quick and efficient, and I never felt rushed or upsold. They treated my car with care and made the entire visit easy and pleasant. This location delivers top-tier customer service, and I will absolutely return for future maintenance. Highly recommended.
This was my first visit. Bottled water as you wait is a nice touch. Sukii MOD and Steve were very friendly knowledgeable and efficient! Sukii explained everything in detail. I would usually be kicking myself for spending $300. It was well worth and legit. If you don’t maintain your vehicle. You get what you pay for. I like how they call out a checklist and verify all. It’s a great habit and a way to keep each other in check. So many careless mistakes are made when menotony sets in. I will definitely use this location to do my maintenance on my new trailblazer.
They were awesome! Super friendly! Braydan walked me through the entire process, explained everything they did or were doing. They initially didnt have a filter for my car, the manager ordered it and gave me a timeframe to come back and it was already there. Great service, amazing teamwork guys and gals
Edwin was soo nice, helpful and professional. Suki did a great job w/ my oil change and inspection. She explained everything afterwards in easy to understand terms. I interacted with Steven briefly before leaving the shop. He directed me out the garage. He has a friendly smile. I'll definitely return. 👍🏽
Got an oil change the other day, and they were all great!! Sam very nicely explained to me that my air filter wasn't suppose to be black , and definitely needed to be changed, Sukii was awesome once she knew I was in a little hurry sure to having to pick up my grandbabies, they were all very professional, polite, and amazing !! Highly recommend!!
