Take 5 Oil Change

I came here because of their reputation for being kind, respectful, and knowledgeable — and they absolutely lived up to it. I had just bought the car and asked if they could take a quick look and change any necessary fluids. They pulled all the service records, thoroughly reviewed everything, and walked me through their recommendations. They even suggested signing up for online coupons, which saved me money — much appreciated. Great service all around. Quick too! Thank you for the hard work! 😊

The service was excellent! They recommended things that I didn’t know I needed and a few that I did know about. I recommend going to these guys when you don’t have a scheduled oil change somewhere. The service was fast and professional. Definitely a five star rating in my book!

***update: take 5 has handled this very well and has been great with fixing the issue and was very professional with my concerns. Mistakes happen and they understand this was a mistake made in their shop and have been more than helpful rectifying the situation.*** About half way to our destination my car started to over heat and we had to pull over on the side of the road. This is when we noticed that when they changed my coolant out they left me a little something in my engine compartment (clamp on my coolant line) and neglected to place my cap back on my coolant line. This then caused coolant to bubble up all over my engine compartment. Josh and his crew (Lenny I think) were great. Very quick and reasonably priced. Took care of my in cabin air filter that had never been changed.

I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I WENT WITH MY MOM, AND THE GUYS SHOWED ME A STICK AFTER THE OIL CHANGE IT LOOKED DIRTY STILL SO I WENT RIGHT HOME AND HAD MY DAD LOOK AT IT AND HE WENT RIGHT BACK UP AND ASKED WHY ITS DIRTY IF THEY JUST CHARGED ME $90 TO CHANGE IT? THEY SAID IT GOT DIRTY FROM ME DRIVING HOME ( I LIVE 3 MILE AWAY) AND SAID THEY USE A VACUUM SYSTEM AND DONT DRAIN IT SO IT COULD HAVE REMNANTS OF OLD OIL IN IT. THEY DID NOT ASK IF THEY COULD HELP JUST MADE EXCUSES. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, ME AND MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS USED TO GO THERE EVERY TIME AND NOW WE WONT BE BACK. I WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE REGARDING MY EXPERIENCE AT ORANGE PARK BLANDING BLVD LOCATION. THIS IS LOCATION AT CAMP JOHNSON AND BLANDING. I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MY OIL CHANGED COMPLETELY AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION.
