Take 5 Oil Change

I had a really great experience here. I came in for a simple oil change, and Skylar went above and beyond by pulling up my vehicle history and showing me a detailed report so I could actually understand what had been done to my car in the past. The staff initially mentioned a radiator/coolant flush, but once Skylar checked the history and saw it had already been done recently, he immediately corrected it and let me know I didn’t need anything extra. I really appreciated the honesty, no pressure, no upselling, just helpful information. Everyone was friendly, professional, and transparent, and that kind of trust is hard to find at auto service places. This is definitely my new go-to spot for oil changes. Highly recommend!

Everything was super good service. Very thorough. They even were so kind to offer a complimentary beverage while you wait. Quick and to the point. Christian was so kind and did a wonderful job.

MAN, this guy saved me 15 mins before they close. My oil filter came off from under my car, I lost all my oil on the road… Take 5 saved my night. Thank god my Lincoln is a Hybrid so I drove on electric for almost 2 miles right before they close. Thank you Brother for helping me out, you were very Kind, professional, knowledgeable of what you were doing and saying… can’t thank you enough. Oh, small detail. I was just about to get on the highway to drive 1:45 mins to my hotel, I am 6 hrs away from my home… imagine how my night could have ended if Take 5 wasn’t open until 8pm

Impeccable service with good work vibes and energy. The staff handled everything quickly and professionally. My review would be 5 stars if the original price quote for an oil change was significantly less than $300.

I’ve been here a bunch in the past. Been about 4-5 months since. I do have to say the guys working here are very polite and good people. What they lack is knowledge and direction, very slow compared to what it used to be. Used to take 10-15 minutes. Was just here for 45 minutes. Think they need a new shop manager better at giving direction and knowledge. Won’t be going here anytime soon again.
