Take 5 Oil Change

Stopped in for an oil change and had such a good experience thanks to Phil and Weston. They were both super friendly and easy to talk to right away. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the whole thing quick and stress-free. It’s just an oil change, but good customer service makes such a difference. Phil and Weston were awesome. I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been there now three or four times and I’ve highly recommended it to others. I used to be a very loyal Valvoline customer. Let’s just say that I would rather drive 6 miles to have my oil changed than to drive on the block and let those people touch my car again. The staff is always very friendly and helpful open and honest Would very very highly recommend them outstanding job five stars solid 11.5.On a scale of one to 10

Staff were really friendly and polite. Very informative and got my oil change done quickly. Phil the store manager was very thorough and made sure the job was done well. I had a pleasant experience and was quite satisfied.

It was a great experiance! They have many options for different budgets. Right when I pulled in I was greeted and offered a water! Then when we pulled into the bay they offered my daughter a juicebox and snack! The service and education was great about what the best option was for me plus my budget! All my questions were answered with no problem! They had all the past services which was nice since I just bought my used car! It was a quick and amazing experiance. I will be going there from now on.

They are not good people and they are disrespectful. I'm reporting them to the police. They broke the oil tank of my car, and I spent $1500 on repairs. They wasted my time. There are no people with expertise in cars there; they don't fix cars, they break them. I'm going to tell my lawyer to file a lawsuit against them.
