Take 5 Oil Change

This place is amazing! Clean, friendly, and knowledgeable about their work and what’s needed. They are not pushy on the sales, but will advise you and allow you to make the decision. I used them for a fleet service and due to the wait from the rental company I got to experience how they operate. The Regional Manager is funny and patient. His colleague was the same. Both are interesting to watch work. Best experience ever!!!

I had an excellent experience with Brandon Saturday. From the moment I pulled in, he was attentive and immediately stepped over to assist me. He handled the service with impressive efficiency and ease. I had a great experience at this Take 5 location and will definitely be coming back to this one specifically. My last oil change was at the Parmer location, and honestly I had such a bad experience there that I was considering never going to Take 5 again. That time I felt like I was being overcharged, was given the wrong oil, and they didn’t even show me my dipstick after the service. This visit was the complete opposite. The techs here were amazing. They followed all the proper steps, explained what they were doing, asked if I had any questions, and made sure everything was done correctly. I’ve been to this location before, changed my oil no problems. Yesterday (3/7/26) I leave this location after an oil change and my entire dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree. Power steering gone, battery messed up, my car telling me to pull over. I don’t know what they did but I am currently without a vehicle which is extremely inconvenient. Had to get it towed to Christian Brothers where hopefully they will find out what caused this and Take 5 will be responsible. Do not visit this location if you want to keep your car.

The manager Brandon was polite, fast, efficient and huge help and educated me a lot on my car for the oil change and was blown away by his amazing customer service skills. He needs a promotion ASAP. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Hands down best service.
