Take 5 Oil Change

From now on ill be bringing all my fleet trucks to this location. Edwin was very nice and understanding. Asked questions and he had the answers. They give you a water while they work on your vehicle. Car wash right next door is convenient. A squirrel ate my air filter and they replaced it at a good price. ( see pic)Great job fellas. You have a new loyal customer.

To start the place seemed very understaffed and I waited almost an hour for my oil change to start. After the oil change I’m instructed to exit and I pulled out of the bay. Within seconds my car started to sputter and the engine was making noises. I drove right back and yelled for help. A worker came running and said “ shut it down, It’s knocking, I know exactly what’s wrong. They didn’t put oil in your car” Yup! They did not put oil in my car. The car fired a ton of error messages. They filled it up but The car had trouble starting and would not stay on. By now the whole staff is surrounding my car trying to figure out what is wrong and why it was acting the way it did because of their negligence. After a while, we got the car to run properly. I am utterly disappointed with this place . I went yesterday to get an oil change (which I have saved up my money for ) I have never had any problems with my car up until I left Take 5 . They talked me into radiator fluid , new filter etc.. after they tell me I have”a lot of leaks such as transmission fluid, oil , and I need to go see a mechanic! Ok .. noooo my car does not and has NEVER leaked maybe a small amount of oil which is proof in my driveway !Well immediately after pulling out of the Sanford place I got maybe a mile down the road and my car started to overheat and smoking . I pulled into a parking lot and sat and watched as ALL THE YELLOW radiator fluid poured out from underneath my car (I have pictures) This has NEVER HAPPENED TO MY CAR . I’ve come here a couple of times with my old car and came yesterday with my new car for its first oil change since I got the car. I don’t know the 2 guys names but they were great and friendly. Didn’t take long either. I’ll definitely keep coming here!

Can’t say enough good things about the team there on Friday! Fast, professional and smiles for miles! I utterly enjoyed the experience. Changing your car oil is usually pretty dull and dreaded necessary task. This was beyond pleasant and very enjoyable, professional service. I will be back!
