Stopped by Take 5 Oil Change for an oil change - everything was super quick and professional! The team was friendly, explained everything clearly, and didn't try to upsell unnecessary services. I was impressed that the whole process really took about 10 minutes, and I didn't even have to leave my car. They checked all fluids, tire pressure, and even cleaned my windshield - small things that make a big difference. Fast, clean, and friendly service. Definitely coming back here again!

The customer care was so amazing that I was moved to tears! I came in for what I thought was a necessary oil change. The team worked calmly and efficiently together, it put me at such ease! There were women mechanics working as well, which brings added comfort (woman to woman). Everyone was kind - EVERYONE! When there was a concern beyond an oil change, the mechanics were kind enough to explain everything to me and assure me that they would take care of it. I’ve never felt more seen or cared for as a woman on the road. I HIGHLY recommend this business and location. A first impression is a lasting impression. I am impressed! I really like this place man. Tbh they are solid. They greeted me with water. They were very polite and professional. The service was quick like they advertise-no joke. This is great for folks who be on the move and on a time crunch. Ray was my tech and on register. Him and staff were fantastic. I’ll tell you what “That’s Customer Service”. This was genuinely a great experience overall. Ray and his crew took care of me and were very professional. It's weird to say, but they almost run it like a flawless 5-star restaurant kitchen. One person would yell something out, and the rest of the crew would respond that they heard the task at hand. They seemed to have great flow of the checklist and don't push anything on you that's not needed. I'd definitely recommend to anyone.
