Take 5 Oil Change

I went in for an oil change. They didn’t have the correct tool to loosen and remove the oil filter. I hope they hadn’t already drained my oil. They did say they would still check my other fluids and tire pressure. They did not. My washer fluid has been low a couple of weeks, and they did not add any fluid. They told me my back windshield wiper needed to be replaced. I said sure do it. They did not. They priced out three other items they wanted to do. I said no to all of them. I left the shop and drove to the car wash 1/2 mile away. While in the car wash they called to tell me they had not put my radiator cap back on. I had to drive back do them to put it back. I’ll just stop at a different oil change place on my way home from work from now on. I like to use the services in my small

Took truck for oil change,then left,truck started running rough and engine light came on-They didn't hook air filter assembly back up,paid for 6 qts they only put 5 in,went back and told MANAGER It was a quart low(20 miles after oil change) his response was- OH THAT OIL BURNS QUICK,what the Hell kind of business is that, and then no apology, no nothing, Not sure how they got a 4.8 star rating!! I've never seen such a POORLY MANAGED BUSINESS, I Could go into more detail of their poor so called service.... 6 months later still no response to the poor job they did with my truck!

The 2 guys that did the work were excellent and professional. Very informative, knowledgeable and polite. Extremely efficient especially since they were the only 2 there. Highly recommend the service there especially if you get those two. I wish I remembered their names.

Got there around 7am for an oil change. Rolled right in, they started in under 10min. They were polite, professional, yes they ask if you want a bunch of extra stuff (its kinda their job....), but didnt push when they were declined. Very impressed by them. Will for sure be returning for my next oil change.

Definitely was disappointed, I decided to try this place out and it ended up costing almost double what I usually pay and not even a half of the services my regular place does. I was the only customer and it still took 40 minutes because one of the workers didnt know how to undo the clips that hold my skid plate and the other worker to lazy to go down to show him. So I asked if he could put all my tires at 33 and he tried to say their air chuck attachment was broke so I said well what about that one as I pointed to one of the three others that were working just fine. Then he suggested I change my air filter because of literally a few little leaves, I said cant you just blow that off and he said no so I told him just turn it over and sure enough the leaves fell out leaving a perfectly fine
