Take 5 Oil Change

Been here twice. First time was fine, no problem. Second time, today, they were nice, everything seemed fine. Pulled out and made it maybe 5 minutes down the road and then my skid plate almost fell off. Had to pull over in a parking lot and mess with it. Oil change was fine, probably won’t go back if my car falls apart when I leave.

DO NOT GO HERE – CAUSED $2,500 IN DAMAGE I took my car to Take 5 Oil Change on November 25th, and within two miles of leaving, my car started leaking oil and radiator fluid. This visit caused approximately $2,500 in damage, completely ruined our Thanksgiving, and left oil all over my garage floor. This wasn’t a minor mistake — this was gross negligence. Something was clearly not tightened or reassembled correctly, and the employees had absolutely no idea what they were doing. The level of training (or lack of it) was alarming. I immediately contacted the location and spoke with the so-called manager, Kevin, who told me a claim had been filed and that I would hear back in 3–5 business days. It is now January 5th, well over a month later, and I have heard NOTHING. No follow-up. No account

Nice guy who met me and guided me into bay. Coworker had left to get a snack and was eating a hotdog the whole time. Didn’t give me a lot of confidence. I trust oil change was done properly.

I've been to this location many times and have always had good experiences. The people working here take pride in their work and are transparent about your car. Will always come back

Hands down the best oil change experience. They were so considerate and offered everyone multiple bottles of water. They were extremely professional and kind. Loved seeing them work so effectively as a team and constantly monitoring each other’s safety. Thanks again, guys!
