Take 5 Oil Change

I had a very frustrating experience at this Take 5 location today. I came in simply trying to retrieve my oil change history for my vehicle. When I pulled up, the manager on duty never approached my car or acknowledged me at all. After waiting, I parked my vehicle and walked up to the service area to ask for help directly. Even then, the manager walked past me as if I wasn’t even standing there. I was completely ignored while trying to ask a basic question. Being dismissed and treated like you’re invisible is incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to get help with a simple request. What made it even more surprising was that this was the manager. I would expect someone in that position to at least acknowledge a customer and communicate, even if they couldn’t help right

This was my first time visiting this shop for an oil change, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. One of the workers was extremely rude and spoke in a shouting tone. He clearly does not know how to communicate respectfully with customers. The other person, David, came out and behaved the same way. Instead of addressing the issue, he told me I could leave if I was not satisfied. That is not how customers should be treated. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this shop.

First off…the staff treated me with a bottle of cold water. The young men running this shop were all very friendly and worked as a team. They were able to look up my information and they had the oil filter for my car which made my services go smoothly; some shops don’t carry the filter that fits my car but they do. Overall very professional shop with friendly and fast service.

went yesterday to get my oil changed the technician who was under the car did not secure the skit plate correctly after leaving the place about 15 miles down the road it began to drag, I pulled over and it somehow got crumbled under the car I had to wait on the side of the road for at least 2 hours to get help losing work and being inconvenienced. I tried to call the store but I couldn't get through to anybody. they called me like five six hours later they said they're going to fix the problem but it was the inconvenience. I'm sure they've done this a thousand times or not but they need to be trained properly. I always use this company for my oil changes but this is the first time I've had a negative experience so I would not go back to the take 5 on highway 6 and Voss

I am only giving a low score because I was lied to. From someone who works with customers everyday for the past 7 years I take pride in being honest with my customers. I went in to get an oil change which went well. The staff was very helpful, while waiting I overheard one of the staff state “Let’s make this money today.” That’s not the issue! The issue is that I asked for discounts twice, The first time I asked she stated she will see what she can do. Once I was told the price which was $106 I asked again, is there any discounts I could use? She stated “I tried to use the discounts but it’s not scanning because they are expired.” I looked on the site and there were 2 discounts available.
