Take 5 Oil Change

I visited the Broad St location on 2/5/2026. I arrived at approximately 6:10pm Take 5 is open until 8pm, I was able to get my car serviced after my evening commute from Columbia. I was greeted and given a bottle of water. I was asked to pull up to bay 2. Everything was explained in a clear manner. I received an oil change and tire rotation. Due to the type of oil my car uses, I received a 25% off coupon. That made my services very affordable. The team works really well together and they provide excellent customer service. Each person announced what they were doing for safety purposes. Service was quick, but not so quick until you think, that's it. I highly recommend this location for your oil changes.

Employees were amazing!! They were professional looked over everything and took their time going down the list to check everything. They changed my oil in a timely manner. They were very respectful and held great conversation while continuing to do their job!! Everyone on that shift should be praised on how they carry the company!! Great experience!! They will always have my business!!

Very helpful and friendly! When I first stopped by, they did not have my type of oil available. They offered to pick it up the following day when I came back. True to their word! Thank you again for going the extra mile and saving me many hours sitting in the dealership.

They were super pleasant there, but I asked how much the oil change would be, and I was told $102. Then I had a $20 coupon. When I went to pay at the end, it was $119.61. The first price wasn’t for all the oil I needed or the oil filter. It was super misleading, and just poor customer service in terms of honesty.

Went to take5 on broad after leaving Valvoline with a stripped plug. Jae greeted me with a smile and water,eager to help. They got that plug off in no time. Even gave me $15 off and made sure my fluids were all topped off. Which lead me to an empty reservoir needing a coolant exchange. The price was a little pricey but he worked with me on the price and i must say,i am grateful for the guys at Take5 in Sumter and i will return!!!
