Take 5 Oil Change

Heaven and Kevin were so friendly and honest the whole time, I felt very welcomed and we had a lot of fun talking in the little time I had to wait during my service. They did everything very efficiently and took care of all of my questions before I even had the chance to ask them, and we're upfront about everything they were checking and made me aware of the cost of everything before they did it. My car is running so well it's nice to have a dash without any warning lights haha thank you guys!

As I was getting my oil change at the Take5 on Richmond Rd in Texarkana the two young men running the store did a very good job. They were thorough, friendly, and patiently answered all of my questions. Furthermore, two very very rude customers came in and screamed at them because they waited their turn in line for ten minutes…I’m not kidding! These two men Kevin and I believe the other one’s name was Chris, very kindly handled the situation even though the customers were being belligerent! I’ve been here before and will be back again because of the professionalism displayed by these two workers!

Mr. Ted and Ms. Jaelyn are amazing!!! I came in with my Cadillac Ct5 for a full service oil change early this morning! Yup, the early bird gets the prize 🥳...I must say I was very pleased with the service!!!! Greeted very professionally and with a bottle of water!!!! First impressions are lasting and I'll definitely be back!!! Speedy service, was able to stay in my car while work was done, no complaints at all!!!!! You guys are amazing!!! Took about 20 minutes total and throughly checked everything!!!! Quality service and fair price, oh and I was able to use a $10 coupon that Mr. Ted suggested!! I love this place!!!! The fact that they take the time to explain everything before they touch any part of your car and suggest recommendations for next time!!

Over the last year this location has gotten worse and worse. Today I spent 45 minutes in the parking lot waiting for my turn, the male employee ignored me and went and spoke to the car behind me and then seemed completely dumbfounded as to why I didn’t wanna wait anymore. He had two employees working on one car they originally told me that the car in front of me just needed a top off and would just be a few minutes and yet …

Says it's a short oil change and sometimes it is but how long are you going to have to wait before it's your turn is the question. They try to upsell every chance they can which I mean that's capitalism for ya. Nice folks work here and they do seem to be efficient and knowledgeable.
