Take 5 Oil Change

My first time and last. Personel were nice but personal and professional appearance where nowhere near the tv commercial representation. The place seemed a bit dirty and the take 5 was more like take almost an hour. Service was seemingly slow and there were only three bays and I was in one of them. Althougth i can say the music selection in the bay was actually really good. Lastly the dealership oil cahnge is less expensive even after the online 25% coupon. I can say I tried it but can't say ill ever return.

Went in to this location this morning. I told the two girls to just give me the basic - $51.99. They recommended a higher mileage oil. Fair enough…but I declined. They were persistent…Again, fair on them. They finally accepted my choice, but told me that the oil I would be getting would be recycled oil. Huh? What? First time in over 30+ years I’ve ever gone to get an oil change and been offered recycled oil. Seemed a sleazy tactic to get me to buy a higher priced product. Should have left at that point, but didnt. After accepting my choice for economy they said “but you want synthetic right?” (Also, in an earlier exchange they said they were out of synthetic, so my choices were economy $51 or high mileage over $100). I am pleased to share that this Take 5 Oil Change is truly the best in the district. Prior to visiting this location, we stopped at two other Take 5 centers where the necessary equipment was unfortunately not functioning. We were advised to seek service elsewhere, such as Firestone or Jiffy Lube, rather than being directed to another Take 5. However, this specific location exceeded every expectation. Micheal, Quinn, and Timias provided outstanding customer service—professional, efficient, and genuinely attentive. They handled our vehicle with care and ensured the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Even though this location is 30 minutes from my home, I will gladly continue to drive here because the quality and reliability are unmatched. No other location compares to the exceptional

I had some questions about oil changes and issues with my car, the techs were able to give me different scenarios and in the end offered the product to flush my lines. Once I got to payment part I had an issue due to Verizon being down, the guy helping me let me use his Hotspot so I could situate my payment issue. Greatful for workers like this that go above and beyond ! Definitely be back to this location.

This visit was horrible. I was at the Spring Cypress location, Tomball and appalled by Michael who told me “you can stop coming here for your oil changes.” all because I told him I was not interested in purchasing air filters this visit. I’ve been a customer for YEARS and now told to take my business elsewhere?! When I say I told him no, I had to tell him multiple times when his sales pitch turned into aggressive harassment and speaking to me as though I’m an uneducated woman, in terms of vehicle maintenance which is far from any truth. When I let him know I’d be talking to his boss, he said, “good he will be more than happy to speak to you.” This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Take 5. I hope this is not how you do business now.
