You need to keep good guys. I like the Wadsworth store. Bryan has been a good manager for years. The Medina store was my worst experience will not be going there again. Sam at the Wadsworth store should be given a raise. Hiring new guys for more than the guy working there for two years is a terrible practice. Bad business model that will cost the company in the long run. I’m a faithful customer.

Take 5 Wadsworth fixed what my dealership wouldn't for 6 years! For the past 6 years, since chipmunks got into my car the first time, my fan has been loud. Like there's something stuck in it. My dealership always said it sounded normal to them, and the last time I complained, they wanted to replace my fan assembly for $200. Well, I got my cabin filter replaced and, lo and behold, the chipmunks were at it again. So they recommended a rodent repellent that can sit on top of the cabin filter and to bring it back. After I left, I heard what sounded like a cascade of nuts. So, I got the repellent and came back today and told them what I heard. Not only did they put the rodent repellent in, but they also completely removed my blower motor and dumped all of the acorns and acorn shells out of it.

The guys at Wadsworth Take 5 were great, funny, & very helpful. They knew what they were doing & they even went above there job description by spraying my door hinges with lube so that it closes properly. Great group of mechanics. Go here if you want great service.

I came in for some air in my tires. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I was greeted with a water almost immediately. They got my tires all aired up really fast and got me on my way to work! Will definitely return in the future!
