Take 5 Oil Change

I see why they’re named Take 5, because the service there is absolutely 5 stars! I drop by at the earliest they opened because I had a trip planned and I couldn’t go without my car being serviced. I felt bad at even having them work RIGHT at opening, but they got to BUSINESS AS SOON AS I pulled up!!! I met 2 of the most laid back, but professional service people you could meet (Omar and Alec). They were so kind , yet so goal-oriented and focused on getting me quick and efficient service, and it puts a big smile on my face to know that the grind still lives on !! Not to mention, the pricing was extremely reasonable as well, definitely good if you’re “balling on a budget”! Thank you Omar for your kindness and effort , and thank you Alec (Manager) for your dedication to your craft . Y’all tr

Got my oil changed and honestly, this is the only place I will go. Always been amazing as I’ve been coming here since it was Jim’s quick lube but Kevin just had the most amazing customer service and I just feel like people don’t get recognized enough. Amazing customer service and I have NEVER had any issues with my cars after. Always quality service.

I had the most amazing experience at Take 5 on 96 yesterday! I took my boyfriend's car in for an oil change, and I have to admit, I was so clueless about the whole process. But Griffin was an absolute sweetheart - kind, patient, and super knowledgeable. He walked me through every step, explaining everything, without making me feel stupid for not knowing anything about oil changes. His customer service skills are top-notch, and it's honestly so rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their job. It was so refreshing to receive good quality customer service because I was starting to believe it was non existent. Griffin, you truly made my day, and I'll be bringing my vehicle back to Take 5 on 96 from now on! Thanks again, Griffin!

I had the best experience with the Tech Kevin! The service was top tier. I love coming to this establishment because of the great hospitality here. I highly recommend this business to everyone who needs a speedy oil change with great prices, and services. Thanks again Kevin you rock!!

This was such a pleasant experience. I came close to closing time and was expecting some eye rolls, but was met with a super friendly greeting from Kevin. Both him and Eric were so nice and got my oil changed super quick. Will definitely be back in the future.
