Take 5 Oil Change

Ava and James did a great job. Ava wrote on my windshield with a dry erase mark what I wanted so I didn’t have to keep repeating it. First time I’ve seen that and it keeps the other service providers on the same page. I’m a business owner myself and attention to detail does not go unnoticed with me. I talk all day at work and I love to not have to tell someone several times what to do.

Greeted kindly upon entering Bay Area. All workers were very polite and kind and quick to service my car! Thank you for having a devoted team of staff who has excellent manners! You will always get our business. And I travel 1.5 hours from Sumter to get this service. Well worth the time and experience.

They have my name in there system wrong last two times i went. Tried to charge me almost double of what i normally pay for an oil change because they have my info wrong. Didnt discus pricing with me before putting oil in my car. I rather deal the hassle at Walmart auto center since its cheaper. Stuck with Take 5 for the convenience which no longer exists at this place.

The staff is always so friendly. You can tell that they work together as a team to get things completed as efficiently as possible. I have a fleet vehicle and manager Colby is always super communicative and attentive.

We use Take5 all the time around South Carolina in different locations. The service tech James was by far the most experienced and knowledgeable tech I have come across yet. He was honest and did not try to manipulate us into buying stuff we did not need like some of these other Take5 locations. I highly recommend this place and ask for him specifically. Not many honest workers out there anymore, so I’ll definitely be back.
