Take 5 Oil Change

THE BEST service! These boys changed my oil, check my filter, topped off all the fluids, calibrated my tires, cleaned my windshield all in under 15 mins! 😱 And they were the nicest people. The manager was awesome, (Kyle?) and so was Javid! Give these guys a raise! I'm telling everyone about them and already told my husband this is OUR place for oil changes for our cars from now on. We used to go to Big 'O across the street and we had to drop our cars off and come back at the end of The day to pick it up. This was SOOOO convenient specially after a long day of work, not having to wait . And they run to your car with a water, AND offer you snacks 🥰 Make sure to tip them! Trust me you WILL want to!

I received the most amazing service at this Take 5 location in West Valley!!! All 3 employees that I had the pleasure of dealing with were surprisingly VERY HAPPY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I COULD TELL THEY ALL REALLY LOVED THEIR JOBS!!! Which to me is highly important!! Especially when dealing with Customer Service jobs!! Honestly I went in in not the best of moods and I left with a huge smile!! I love seeing people who both truly love their job AND HONESTLY KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! It was a very refreshing experience!! Thank You all VERY MUCH!! My son had his first oil change here a couple months ago. As a teen he appreciated the respect, friendliness and assistance he received. I came in this afternoon and am happy to report i received great service all around! When I stopped in for an oil change Tyrus greeted me with a smile and complimentary water. Cole checked on me right before I pulled forward for service and made sure I was in and out fast. The staff was super friendly and made sure everything was running smoothly before I left. Thank you for running a team that was friendly, honest, and professional! I’ll definitely be back!

The best service I've ever had for my car. Honestly, I'm wary of some mechanics because they've let me down more than once. But this time was different. These guys not only helped me with the oil, they also helped me tighten some loose bolts and correct the readings on my dashboard. Juan helped me, and he was very kind! I would definitely drive 60 miles again just to get my oil changed!

Best experience I've ever had at an oil change facility. Fast service and very personal. They provided snack and water bottle, hit me informed of what they were doing. They removed the old and placed the new registration sticker my license plate, which no other facility has ever done. Highly recommend them and the pricing was reasonable.
