Wow!!! I just bought my 1st Mercedes AMG Turbo. My first time visiting Ty's. Ty is absolutely an Ambassador to Customer Service, Honesty, and Integrity. His whole team his so kind, compassionate, and patient. Service is beyond Impeccable. I walked away thinking how grateful I was and how they went above and beyond anything they had to do. Superior, without a doubt. I will Never go anywhere else for service, ever. Being my first AMG, Ty took the time to also give me a quick tutorial of all of the features this car will do. Took my 2015 Audi s4 over here after i felt my pcv failing and some other things as well, got quoted a price at another shop that didn’t make sense for the work they were doing, they weren’t going to change the thermostat or check it or anything else unless I paid more. I called Ty and immediately he said that’s not correct since my thermostat is already there and it shouldn’t be another quote, got all my things replaced with him all preventive maintenance and my car has been running golden since. Ty helped me know more about my car and was very straight forward with what’s right and wrong. I recommend him 10 times out of 10 before you even think of going anywhere else, only place I’ll trust with my car and pricing.

This might be one of the very best car dealers you can find. They are rare. Ty and Raheem were really great to work with. Super chill. No pressure. They even seemed quite interested in me and how I would use the vehicle. Buying was easy and fast. I have to give additional props to Ty because he stayed super late into the evening to wait for us and make sure we got what we needed. It’s obvious they take care of their cars. Ty really knows his stuff. He offered to do my oil changes if I’m in the area every 6 months. His specialty brands are Audi, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, etc…, I would absolutely buy from him again and likely will.
