Take 5 Oil Change

Went in on Monday 12/1 and waited 30 minutes bf we pulled in!!! Also used coupon that said 50% but only off the economy price if you get premium ( which most of the time they'll say its required) it only takes of $25. And I dont like all the hidden fees. I've never heard of being charged for an oil filter, and it was $15!! Sounds like a way to work back in the so called discount I received. The black guy there acted as if he only speaks to men. He refused to acknowledge me and only spoke to my fiance which was weird since I WAS PAYING! when I asked him about the cost he went and got a yt guy to explain as if that wld clear everything up. Even though it was really pricy, I enjoyed my visit for an oil change here. The employees were so nice and helpful and didn't try to push any products or services on me. One, I think Chris, came out to the car, when we were in line, and gave us some bottled water to have while waiting. The entire experience was very nice and I'll be going back. They even have a top off service!

Highly recommend. Xavier and Both of the guys Were extremely helpful, professional and polite. The oil change I usually go to was closed But I think this will be my new go to because I had a great experience. Prices are reasonable. Thanks for the good service!

Went in with coupon, they said they quit honoring that one. I told them if it was on their website, they had to. Then they tried to tell me I needed to flush my radiator for 150 bucks. Did the cheapest synthetic oil change which should’ve been 85. The total was 110. I asked why, they said my car required 5.5 quarts so I had to pay 8.99 for the half of quart. Then they said I had to pay for the oil filter and disposal of old oil, etc etc. I told them they were very high in price and the manager says, well, we also check and top off all fluids in the car and check tires. I looked at him and said What oil change place doesn’t do that??? Will definitely go elsewhere next time. This was at the Westland location (Warren and Newburgh)

First time here. The ice cold water upon arrival was a pleasant surprise. Tyler and Dakota were very nice and helpful and took the time to teach us things they were doing. We will return to this location and will ask for these young men. Definitely recommend.
