Take 5 Oil Change

Outstanding service Bought my personal truck and work van back to back , total 1 hour traveling included . You can tell the lace was short staffed but the 2 gentleman still maintained professionalism knowledge and speed , checking on each others work . I usually go to the dealership for a oil change simply because they look over a bunch of other stuff but I prefer this place if I can’t make it

Stopped in for an oil change at the Willowick location but they didn’t have my filter and had to order it. No big deal.. but they showed me the engine filter was black so I got a new one and they gave me $10 off since they were unable to change my oil that day.. I thought that was very nice of them! Great customer service, friendly people!

The the technicians were knowledgeable about my vehicle and professional. They were nice and made the oil change quick and easy and even though my air-filter light was on, he checked my air filter, showed me it was no need to change it because it appeared to be brand new. He was honest and not out for the money grab.

Embarrassed to say I was talked into purchasing an air filter, not urgent. Lighting a bit weird $$$ Coupons NEVER seem to transpire. Been there once, not a great experience. Went 2nd time enticed by (50% off coupon). Which did not reveal a barcode, they (nice guys) already started oil change so it cost me 129.00. !? ! . I won't return.

I received a coupon discount and came to this location to redeem it but promptly left. The person that was going to help me appeared to be impaired and I didn’t feel safe nor did I feel he was being safe. They were stumbling and appeared to be out of sorts. I did not get my car serviced at this location because of that. The person was nice but you could see there was clearly something going on.
