Zappy's Auto Washes

This is an awful place for a car wash. Now, I understand I have a white vehicle and stuff shows easily but come on. I went through twice and paid the $16 each time today and it was still dirty. Didn’t even look clean. It didn’t clean anything, streaks of dirt just all down the sides and front of my car, unfortunately. I should have just went to classic for a quick wash, left it out in the rain yesterday to get the same level of “clean” or did it at home. Do yourself a favor, if you want a clean car, go elsewhere. I don’t know if the pictures will show the level of dirty, I’m not a photographer but it’s dirty, know that. I was literally wiping the dirt off the sides with a clean “super blue truck towel”…

Lost 10 dollars in the machine. It didn't even register that it received the money. I called the number posted and emailed 20 days ago still nothing. The card reader didn't work. I got a basic wash since I had also inserted a five and single and it left dirt, soap and water on the car. I washed it by hand when I got home. Don't waste your money. The pictures are from right outside the wash.

Only every other jet works on the lower half of Bay number two. It's been like that for a couple weeks. I've been through a couple times and end up just with a dirty racing stripe down the side of my car.

credit card machine doesn’t work… ever. The car wash door got stuck and barely opened and there has even been a couple times I’ve came and the car wash was completely out of soap… spend your money elsewhere

Have been here numerous times as I am local. Seems like it is finally showing it's age. As of the last 3-4 trips something has been having an issue or broken. Once the clear coat protectant was empty, twice the high pressure spray jets when pulling in didn't have high pressure (less than a garden hose intensity), and the most recent it didn't rinse off my car. I would say 90% of the time one of the two booths is usually malfunctioning/closed. The credit card readers are very sensitive and sometimes I have to pay cash. Also, good luck getting any call back or email from customer service. I have 3 tickets for reimbursement that have yet to be followed up on. The first from over a year ago. Car gets clean when they work properly but that is 50/50 chance. I guess you get what you pay for when
