Take 5 Oil Change

I stopped in for a quick oil change, and the staff was fantastic. They took the time to disassemble my glovebox to reach my cabin filter, and found it in the state pictured. They further took the time to clear out the nest of something up inside the dashboard, all while keeping me informed about what they were doing. They treated my (new to me) 21 year old car with great care, and delivered great service.

Tanner was awesome! He had great customer service. I didn’t get a chance to see the other young man’s name that was working with him but he was very nice as well. They were both very professional. You know a person has good customer service when my 19 year old son said he had great customer service and he was cool. Whoever is the manager there, you should give those young men a raise. You don’t find alot of young ppl who take their jobs serious and you could clearly see they take theirs seriously. No playing around or anything. I’ll definitely come back.

Service was great! They were efficient and the customer service was amazing. Explained every single step of the process and I witnessed the service they provided to my car. I also learned some English and they also entertained me singing songs while changing the oil.

They didn't drain my oil and put 4 quarts of new oil on the top of it. Went back and I was told that they tried to extract the oil with vacuum, but nothing came out. They thought I had no motor oil in my engine when I went there the first time. On my second visit they took the drain plug out and filled it up with new oil. Following day I saw an oil puddle under my car. They never put a new gasket at least in. I was so frustrated that instead of going back to them and dealing with them. I went to another oil change shop. And had them do another oil change. I will never go back there again and I'll make sure that nobody I know will. It is rare to find people as honest and hardworking as the team at take 5. They consistently provide 10/10 service that is both quick and seamless. I am extremely grateful for a shop that allows you to stay in your vehicle the entire time; this is incredibly beneficial for those who have disabilities or are more susceptible to cold weather. It is always a great experience when I visit Take 5.
