Take 5 Oil Change

The 3 guys were very friendly and nice to talk to. Got along great with them. I was hesitant to have a shop do an oil change for me or any work for that matter because I’ve always done my own work no matter what it is. I has very upset to find that they left a mess of oil on my frame rail and other parts under the filter location. I then looked under my truck and found it was the same case for my oil pan where my drain plug in located. It takes an extra 30 seconds to clean your mess after an oil change and spray it with brake cleaner to get rid of residual oil. Has been a week and a half now and still found 2 drips in my driveway. Not sure if it’s leaking or still dripping from not being cleaned when done with service. Will resume not going to shops for service and will continue to do it m

Staff is always friendly however the prices you pay for an oil change is ridiculous. Not to mention this time around one of the workers left a plastic tube from the evac down where the dipstick goes. I got a call the following day letting me know of their mistake. Now I need to use my time, gas and mileage to take my vehicle into a full service dealership to have this issue fixed. Take 5 is going to cover the costs, however it would have been nice to have been offered my next oil change free, some coupons or even a refund on my oil change. I paid $131 for top tier full synthetic, that doesn't even include a multi point inspection or tire rotation which you can get done cheaper elsewhere. Just overall not at all happy.

I had a very good experience they have very good customer service I trust them and they're very nice there and they seem to be very knowledgeable as well like I said I trust what they say and I feel comfortable taking my car for an oil change there and talking to them about thing's with my vehicle

Enployee attempted to shame me for not wanting their air filter. Told him I would go buy a cheaper one and he then said "What, don't have any pride in anything, like your vehicle?", followed by a short conversation about it. Happened in 2024 around summer. I'm not interested in weird ego games with people I'm paying a service for. During the same visit, the guy they had taking odometer numbers and writing on windshield didn't seem to have literacy in numbers. I told him my mileage 4 or 5 times, in different ways to try to help him, then he gave me a quizzical look and wrote a different number on my windshield (I told him 108,000," one oh eight, one hundred and eight thousand", etc, and then he wrote 18,000 and quickly walked away.

The tall gentleman was very pleasant and gave honest advice to questions I had.😊Both gentleman working that day were great and professional. Thank you for reminding me to stop in to check my tire pressure and top off my fluids for free! Thanks guys!
