Take 5 Oil Change

Fantastic experience. No one was in line, so I pulled straight in. The techs were knowledgeable, and even told me the incorrect sized drain bolt was in my drain hole. It had been replaced by a mechanic when I first bought my used car, because the head on the original had been stripped prior to my buying it. Four years later, this was the only tech to ever mention it. Kudos! I was out so fast I had to wonder if I'd fallen asleep! Knowledgeable techs. Real conversation. Two thumbs and a snap!

This place is HORRIBLE! I was robbed I played $286 for an oil change, replaced filter and fluids 15 mins after leaving my car cut off and the check engine light came on, once I was able to crank the car back up I drove back with my foot as far on the gas I could with my car only reaching a max of 35mph and once I got back I expressed my frustration and they went back under the hood and “released some pressure” made me do a test drive and the car was picking up speed again with the check engine light still on. They informed me that the light would eventually go off which it did, but my car was still acting up mind you I had no lights on in my dashboard and was not having this trouble Before going to them. Scammy and Aggressive! Went in just for an oil change with a new vehicle only 20k miles no issues. They began checking radiator fluid levels when specifically said I just need an oil change and did not approve or want them to do that. They are extremely aggressive and pushy using fear tactics. They said my radiator should be flushed and differential fluids changed. They were offended when I said im here for an oil change and anything beyond that will be done by the dealer. Had a small liquid device they use to take fluid from my radiator without permission and said the radiator should be flushed based on a plastic floating ball. I said this car is new the fluids are fine this vehicle has a ton of electronic sensors to alert me of any service. The guy who said that I could tell knew it wasn

This will be my go to for my oil changes from now on… My lube tech was absolutely amazing I’ll call him E. Very attentive to my needs and communicated with and showed me what he was checking for during my service and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need I appreciate the honesty from these young guys.
