Our Mother and Father was residents of the assisted living area. The care that they had was excellent. The meals were excellent and varied as per our parents comments. The providers had a personal touch and became friends to our parents. Anyone that is considering this facility will be extremely happy.Graham and Denise Foust

My mother has been in assisted living here for almost three years, after moving her from assisted living in Abilene. Moving her here has made a huge difference in her well-being, mentally, physically and emotionally. Her being better improved my own stress in trying to care for her as she is happier and they encourage her to be active and engaged. Although the last place was newer, moving her here has improved her quality of life. Thank you to the dedicated and longterm staff who truly care about their residents.

Changing the name from Valley View to Tall Grass is not going to change the horrendous quality of care provided by the skilled nursing facility. They are trying to hide their bad reviews behind a new name. Do not fall for it. I'm really holding my tongue so I'd advise them not to reply to this review at all. They know what they did. To everyone that cares at all about their person: Please do NOT put them here. Especially Veterans and memory care patients. Disgusting!

I want to thank the staff here at Tall Grass they did a great job while my mother was there. They went out of there way a few times to make sure things were right and when we moved here to a different state they made sure she was set up for her transfer when they did not have to. Thanks Tall Grass Team

IF YOU CARE about your love one, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT leave them here. If there is a good chance for recovery, do not leave them here. If your love one is physically and/or mentally impaired, PLEASE do not leave them here. If you cannot be there with your love one practically all day to especially monitor and question the medications being administered, don't leave them here. You also might want to bring them meals. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ignore these review ratings if you care about your love one. P.S. I submitted my post before reading prior reviews and noticed the highest review ratings came from the staff. And to the owner...yes, it is the individuals perception that's posted.
