Tameron Buick GMC Service Department

Tameron GMC did a great job fixing the transmission on my truck, but what really stood out was their kindness and understanding throughout the whole process. Trevor took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. I even received a loaner car while my truck was in the shop, which made everything so much easier. It’s rare to find a service department that’s both skilled and compassionate. I truly appreciate the team at Tameron GMC for going above and beyond. Highly recommend!

The service dept.was outstanding. After having major issues with my wife's car, they took care of all the problems. Tameron Nissan of Mobile is an absolute joke, all they way down to them telling my pregnant wife that the car is fine with the check engine light on, out of 13 problems with the car, Tameron Gmc found that 3 out of 4 brake lines were malfunctioning...told Nissan in Mobile about it and they simply stated they understand my frustration...Here again, HUGE thank you to TAMERON OF DAPHNE...

It was easy to schedule the appointment on Tameron's website a few days prior to going there. The team in the service department are always professional. They keep you updated with text messages and phone calls when needed.

Service was fast and efficient, but the technician did forget to reset my oil gauge. I had to call back a couple of times to get the service rep, but once I got him, he easily talked me through the reset.

Highly recommend Tameron Buick GMC service dept. The staff is very courteous and professional. Prompt attention upon arrival of scheduled appointment. Shorter than expected wait time for completion of service. I am completely satisfied with the scheduled maintenance and the additional service I requested to be included with service appointment.
