I came in for routine maintenance—an oil change and tire rotation—and Tim truly went above and beyond during my visit. About an hour into the service, he came to inform me that a wheel stud nut broke in half while they were removing the tire, which would add an unexpected $250 to the service. I was understandably frustrated and explained that I felt I should have been notified before the tire was removed if this was a potential issue. Tim completely understood my frustration and handled the situation with empathy and professionalism. I told him I was willing to meet halfway on the cost, but I was not comfortable covering the full amount.
