He was very knowledgeable & explained everything clearly. He also helped me prioritize my service needs coming up with a plan and scheduling future services. He was super helpful, honest and may the whole process smooth and stress-free. He kept me updated & made my Honda experience a great one. I’m from out of state and I called to inquire about reprogramming our CR-V keys. Hailey, the service rep, told us to just swing by and she would try and look at it. We did, she did, and less than an hour later both keys were working as needed for an outstanding service price. She truly represented the department in a friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend them.

Dishonest & incompetent service department that will gaslight you rather than admit wrongdoing. Service manager, Tito McKinney, lies about rental car fees & denies reality. Dropped my car off on 9/10 for work on 9/11. Stated (&confirmed in my receipt) “customer hears possible tire, may be drivers front”. On 9/11, told it’s right front wheel bearing & needs replacement. Later read in receipt that left front wheel bearing needs to be replaced “in the near future” when in actuality, it needed to be replaced 9/11. (No one verbalized the condition of the LFWB to me-no one spoke to me at all when I picked up my car about work performed & work needed in future. Only mentioned LFWB in paperwork. That should have been made very clear to me & I should've been given the option to replace it 9/11. The

Went in for a recall and back on the road in 2 hours.
