This was my first time getting service on my new Subaru and I absolutely loved it! Everyone was so sweet!

First, the young man who checked me in was very nice and professional. And the gentleman, who I believe was the service manager, was also very nice, professional, and took the time to explain things to me. Unfortunately, I was not informed I would no longer be receiving free oil changes, which I have enjoyed since I purchased my Subaru in Nov 2018. And the best I can tell, my tires were not rotated--something I always do when I come in for service.

I'm always apprehensive about having my car serviced at a dealership because being a woman, I'm seldom taken seriously. Not only was I taken seriously here at Subaru, l never had anything mansplained to me, I was consulted every step of the way, and I was even taken back to look at a particular issue while it was raised up. My immediate problem was solved, and I was given advice on how I can go about fixing the rest, which was to my liking. I also never once got asked by random sales personnel if I wanted to look at something or if I needed any help, which was a very pleasant surprise; but they were incredibly helpful when I approached them with a need! I also requested a diagnostic review of an obvious radio system defect. Quite often when I receive an incoming phone call and then the call is ended the radio goes crazy and blares so loudly it seriously hurts your ears and the radio volume control does not allow me to turn it down or turn it off. I was advised that the problem simply required a software update which they say was performed but this did not resolve the problem. I’ll be contacting the service department again next week. Jerry in the Service Dept was very personable with a great customer service attitude. Now I just need to get this problem resolved.
