Jose Prosperous, Collisions Center Manager was wonderful in my hour of need. He worked with my insurance company to make the repair only 8 days so I did not have to rent a car for too long. He also retrieved a tote I left in the car that was very important to me. Tamiami Collision should be vey proud of him. From the moment I walked into Tamiami Collision Center I was greeted with smiles and warmth. Jose Prospero the manager handled everything for me. Jose took care of all the forms for the insurance company, explained what work would be done on my car and answered my calls or emails as quickly as he could. Vicki the receptionist was professional and friendly when I phoned and always wished me a good day. Every employee I came in contact with had a smile and the paint job makes my car look like it just came off the factory floor. Thank you everyone.
