When I drove a couple hours for the car and there was an issue, Tamimi was very apologetic and fixed the issue on the vehicle before I picked it up. I appreciated the transparency and willingness to fix things up. He was very responsive throughout the process of looking at the car online and coming to pick it up. It was a good price and a good experience, especially with how flexible he was to help us buy our used Volvo.
