Tandem Off-Road - Toyota/Lexus Car/Truck service and repair

If you have a 4x4 Yota or Lexus, you cannot go wrong bringing it to Tandem. I’ve had my 22 4Runner and 20 Tundra serviced here and the guys did a fantastic job. All pretty routine like PPI, oil change, diffs and transfer case, full brake job, other fluids, etc but the techs do great work and they know these vehicles inside and out. Joey is a great to work with too for setting everything up and providing recommendations. Unfortunately I haven’t done any “fun” projects there yet (lift, suspension, tires/wheels, etc) but every time I’m there, they are working on some very cool builds. This would be a 10-star review if Google allowed it. And it's taken me almost a year to write my review, so excuse everything being a little dirty. After scouring the Internet for a few years, we decided to drive our 2019 Sequoia from Arizona to the team at Tandem Offroad in the Fort Worth area of Texas. They upgraded our suspension, added the front bumper and rear bumper (I opted to not include the swing arms) The front bumper also got a Warn Winch and a custom mounting frame for its control module. Almost all the front and rear bumper safety sensors were maintained, including a custom mount for the front radar sensor. About a year ago, I built out an offroad vehicle with the help of these guys. I called them on the phone and told them what I wanted to do with my rig. Because its a more obsucre vehicle with significantly less after market support than many, I appreciated so much the help and support they provided over the phone. They are one of the few companies that make parts for and are very knowledgeable on how to build out these particular vehicles. They sent me a detailed invoice with part numbers and instructions on how to complete this build, offered to send me the parts in the mail and parts were priced competitively. Being a female, buying a car or getting mechanic work can be intimidating. I recently bought an 06 Toyota Tacoma from a used car dealership and a lot of things went bad with it. I ended up being recommends tandem off road for a second opinion and my golly should they have been my first choice! The gentleman made sure to explain everything well so I could understand it and did not hesitate to answer my 20 questions with care. Ultimately while still receiving bad news on my trucks transmission and some other diagnosis, I feel much more confident going into what I’m looking at now.
