Tanglewood Trace Senior Living

From cockroaches, to inexplicable problems getting trays of food, food quality is went down significantly, that place is never helpful with anything. Water gets shut off least every other week, they don't fix anything in the apartments. The activities they provide are repetitive and not enjoyable for the majority of people here. They've said they've got memory care for 3 years now at this point and they still don't. The food is gone downhill to the point where my mother one time got a I guess sloppy joe which was completely cold it came with waffle fries and she got exactly three cold soggy waffle fries along with the cold soggy sloppy joe. My name is Dee Ruzicic I live at Tanglewood I have lived here 3 years. I moved from Chicago . I’m 85 years old I love this place . I love the people , the way they treat me. All the employees help me whenever I need help rather it’s getting to an appointment or helping with something at home. I tell everyone how wonderful this is. There has been people to leave and move and come back cause no where else is like Tanglewood. I love everyone and I am so grateful that I found a nice place to live . I will stay here until I die. I cannot say enough about Tanglewood Trace and how comfortable I feel leaving my elderly mother in their care. Great environment, great activities and great people. I am able to trust them completely and that’s what’s important to us. She loves it there and is totally at home there.

Grab some Popcorn, this is going to be a lot Only reason I'm goung here is because i cant get an answer anywhere wlse. .This place is Horrible! They take people for for Everything they have then they just leave them in their rooms. My mom is being force to use a pharmacy that she didn't need to be swittched to and now she has to pay money that she does not have for meds she desperately needs. They tell the pharmacy tht they arent allowed to fill her meds for whatever reason. Something is extremely off with this place. They don't do what they say and will say anything to get people in there then the staff is rude to the residents. My husband's favorite aunt was placed in this facility by her children, and I was very impressed with everything I saw when we visited. It was very clean and everyone was very polite and helpful. We were also glad to get updates from our family about how well the facility was handling the CoVID-19 pandemic. I know that my husband's cousins have been very happy and are not worried about their mother's health or well being while at Tanglewood, which says a lot with how crazy 2020 was. Overall, my husband and I are impressed with what we have experienced and heard, and we highly recommend this facility.
