WARNING! I would do 0 stars if I could. This place will completely take advantage of you. I have had multiple vehicles here for work which seemed fine at first. Over $15k in work in the last year. Most of which I am finding out they have done 90% of it wrong. They do not use torque wrenches! This alone should scare you away because it is very important for certain bolts to be torqued to the right amount (Not too loose or not too tight). They will forget (or not care?) to put multiple hose clamps and wiring harnesses back on. They will not tell you what problem they are having but will keep giving you excuses to hold your car and charge you MORE in the end to make up for their own mistakes. Good people, not so good mechanics in my experience! I had 11 cars worked on here in just over a year. The common issue was lack of proper diagnosis before repairs! The father & son owners are nice and easy to deal with, but they rarely work on the cars. The guys who do, seem to have learned auto mechanics by practice and have limited English skills. Their prices aren't particularly lower either. For instance. I brought in 2016 Dodge Caravan with a blown head gasket mixing oil & coolant, clearly needing a serious engine work. Fabian assured me that it could be fixed cheap. They went ahead and did a $1700 repair, including new radiator assembly. It didn't do it of course, then they kept on doing more repairs costing more! I needed to have my alternator checked and I needed it repaired. They were able to do it the same day with a great help and explanation for an unbeatable price. TL;DR: unprofessional, stressful, and shady customer service; was told AFTER the work was done that they only took cash, and they didn't do the work correctly so I had to pay to get their mistake fixed somewhere else. I needed my brakes repaired, so I called and the owner said he would be there to get me set up since his mechanic didn't speak English. He wasn't there when I arrived, but thankfully I speak enough Spanish that I could explain why I was standing around in their parking lot (as there was no office or front desk or anything). Finally, the owner showed up, and told me to text him my number and that he'd call me when he had an estimate. Called me, told me how much it would cost and that he'd text me an invoice. Honest, reliable, and efficient. They have worked on multiple cars for me and always ensure to communicate in a manner that can be understood by someone who is not entirely informed in the world of mechanics. They also are well adverse in all types of vehicles. Pickups, cars, SUVs. You name it they have probably worked on it for me. I've referred friends and family and have not had a dissatisfied experience yet. Will continue to use for all of my repair and towing needs!
