I could only imagine how a company like this is run when it employs drivers who operate vehicles so recklessly. One of your employees pulled across traffic, forcing me to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision, then responded by flipping me off and smiling as if the situation was a joke. That level of behavior is not only unprofessional, but dangerous.

This place has really gone downhill. It's not enough that they bill you exorbitantly for mileage and travel time but now they've started invoicing for stuff they never did. It's been one billing overcharge error after another. Can't deal with them any longer. Switching companies to a more reputable firm.
