Great company to work with! I have used them multiple times and they take great care of your equipment and are very professional. Almost every towing company gets a bad reputation because of the line of work they do and some are deserving of it but these folks are honest and do a great job. There’s not a single towing company on I-40 that’s better in my opinion.

Taylor Towing and Recovery pulled me out of the ditch tonight. They got there fast, were professional and easy to deal with, and the price was fair. Good people who genuinely want to help. I’d definitely recommend them.

Very overpriced. For some reason, the local police made me wait for this company more than 2 hours, even though another towing company had an ETA of 20 minutes and a price five times lower. There are plenty of towing companies in the area with reasonable prices. I would avoid this company. That said, the dispatcher and driver were professional and polite.

Taylor Towing is hands down the best towing company around. They handle all of our tows for Red Diesel and Auto Repair, and they never disappoint. They’re quick, always on time, and provide excellent service at a very reasonable price. Reliable, professional, and easy to work with — highly recommended!

Overpriced and extremely poor customer service. I paid over $700 to get my vehicle released from impound, yet the process took 45 minutes or more due to staffing and lack of communication. There was only one employee working, and her customer service was unprofessional and rude. I was instructed to call the tow company so they could come release my vehicle, which I did promptly. However, I was never informed that the release would be delayed, and the tow operators were left waiting because the employee failed to communicate or process the release in a timely manner.
