This company should be held accountable for fraudulent conduct and deceptive charges. Today, my vehicle was towed by state police and taken to their lot. At the time of release, they quoted one price, but upon arrival they stated they did not accept checks—even though their posted signage said otherwise—and demanded cash only. After retrieving cash from an ATM, they suddenly increased the fee by an additional $100, claiming their prior quote was “incorrect.” When I requested an invoice, the document was inaccurate and incomplete. They refused to correct it, refund the overcharge, or provide proper clarification. Not even deserving of the one star if I could give zero I would. If you want professionalism, compassion, and respect DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY. They are very rude, from tow operators to the tow dispatchers/receptionist. They are extremely overpriced robbing people of services rendered. I will never recommend this company or agree with their practices. STEER CLEAR.

Blasting horn, running red light, driving on wrong side of road, speeding and tailgating. Just to tow a small truck that broke down on a residential road.

Terrible. Do not call here. Avoid at all costs. The supervisor said $175 per hour, Job took less than 2 hours and charged $575. Rude and unprofessional over the phone. Did not want to listen. Like talking to a wall. I am a business owner myself, I understand we are in business to make money, but this is stealing. I used other towing services in the area and they changed at least 40% less.

I was told it would be 30-45 for the tow truck to arrive, he was there in about 10 mins. He was pleasant, and friendly.
