Tazewell Towing

I drove to Marshall’s in Pekin and when I came back out from shopping, my vehicle wouldn't start. I was panicking because I had no one available to help me. I walked over the Firestone and spoke to one of the mechanics who agreed to walk over and try to jump my vehicle. He tried 2x and only left the cables on for maybe 15 seconds each time and as soon as he disconnected the vehicle died again. The mechanic told me it was most likely the alternator and needed replaced. I decided to call Tazewell county towing and Ron came out. I told him what happened and he looked under the hood, wiggled the connectors to my battery and told me to try to start it. I did and it turned over and worked just fine. Unfortunately my car broke down, so I gave tazewell towing a call, the person I talked to on the phone was quick to answer, gave me the answers I needed and sent a driver to come to me, the person that towed the car was quick, friendly, and was just easy to talk to even in a stressful situation. Highly recommend these guys.
