Load booked with them, as ready now. Driver got there 10am, waited till 5:30pm to get loaded, apparently we needed an appointment. Broker not available, her team said we will be paid detention. Driver arrived at the receiver an hour later then the appointment, due to the held up at the shipper! Broker is paying us detention of miserable $135 for 7hour wait, and then cutting us $150 on the rate for late fee! They had a truck fall off the load, and lied to us that they will load us as soon as driver gets to the shipper. Do not book with them, you will not get proper information when inquiring about the load, and end up driving for free!!!
